Knowing the loop isn't the same as being out of it.

The thought that repeats, the feeling that shows up on schedule, the pattern you keep re-making and re-losing, and knowing it hasn't been enough to stop it.

This session works it two ways at once:

Naikan and Morita practiced as a mindfulness that becomes mindlessness, not thinking your way out of the loop (when have you thought your way out of something), but quieting the compulsive mind that keeps re-running it...

paired with a shamanic sound journey of handmade flute, ancestral drum, and icaros that reaches what talking never touches.

What you leave with is clarity on the loop itself,

a real shift in how the feeling and thought behind it sit in you,

and a life that starts working differently as the pattern loses its grip.

Most coaching only offers you the first of those. This is built to offer both, and to choose between them — or blend them in the same hour — based on what's actually true that week, not on which one is on the schedule.

$150 · 60–90 minutes · Phone, video, or in-person (sound journeys work best in person or by video)

How each session is shaped

Nothing here is a package you pick from a menu in advance. Every session is built from what came up in your first session together, and reshaped again each time after that based on what's alive for you that week.

Coaching sessions continue the same way the intro did Naikan, Morita, and Kaizen, working directly with whatever loop is loudest right now. Held less like analysis and more like a moving meditation: Naikan's honesty and Morita's "act before you feel ready" aren't there to give the mind more to chew on, they're there to quiet it, a mindfulness that, done right, turns into mindlessness, the looping thoughts finally going still enough to see the loop plainly instead of narrating it.
Sound journey sessions draw on shamanic sound practice, handmade flutes, ancestral drum, and icaros (shamanic vocal incantations), the same living-ceremony-in-sound approach behind Breath of the Ancients, used for deep regulation, insight, and inner connection when what's stuck isn't reachable by talking about it.
Some sessions are both: coaching to name what's happening, then a shamanic sound journey to let it actually move through the body.

You don't have to know which one you need. That's part of what the first few minutes of each session are for.

What you receive

Clarity. Whichever form the session takes, you leave seeing the loop more precisely than you did walking in, not a new story about it, the thing itself.
A transformed relationship to the feeling. Coaching changes it by looking directly at it. A sound journey changes it by going underneath it, into the body, where a lot of these loops actually live. Either way, the feeling stops being the one driving.
Life starts working better. Not all at once, and not because the loop disappears, because each session breaks its grip a little further, until the pattern that used to run automatically stops being automatic.

Who this is for

Anyone continuing past the intro session, whether you're working the same loop from a new angle or you've hit the point where talking about it has done what it can, and something more embodied is what's next.

What you leave with

A short written reflection within 48 hours, same as the intro session, what came up, and one thing to carry into the week. If a sound journey was part of the session, you'll also get a note on what to listen for if you sit with it again on your own.
