Relationships

“Darkness is love in adversity, lessons to raise consciousness and awareness in all beings. Do we repeat them is the question that perpetuates darkness and our own shadows selves? In this scope, all roads of the human condition lead to the same destination of truth and the truth is love is light. Gratitude and forgiveness is the tool.”

I will add more to my quote later

If I want to see who I am, I can see that I have taken so much more than I have ever been given and I have created so much suffering for others due and could never repay in a thousand lifetime for all that I have in this one. I am grateful, so grateful.

A contemplation to discover and see our relationship to others who are around us as we explore the 3 questions of Naikan work in self-reflection

1. What have I received from this person (something tangible or a sacrifice of time).

2, What have I given this person (something tangible or sacrifice of time).

3, What troubles have I cause this person

Move through time to no more than 3-year increments from the beginning of your relationship to present. Each contemplation of time should be 90 minutes.
